EXTERIOR PAINT COLOR PALETTE – SUBMISSION STYLE PACKAGE

This exterior color offering is a SUBMISSION-style package.

You send in your photos, and if the quality of your photos is good enough, and if I have space in my schedule, I’ll send you an invoice and questionnaire within 3 business days, and we’ll get the ole color ball rolling!

Why?

Exteriors can be darn tricky. They also take much longer to complete than standard consults, so I need to make sure I have time in my schedule. 

PACKAGE INCLUDES 2 COLOR PALETTES 

COST: $425

EACH PALETTE INCLUDES

• One main house color (for siding/stucco)
• One trim color
• One front door option

OPTIONAL

• Garage door color ($50)*
• Shutter color ($50)
• Simple computerized rendering of suggested colors on your home – up to two ($175)

*On some homes, it’s best if the garage door or shutters match the trim or front door; there won’t necessarily be entirely new colors for these surfaces – they’re home-dependent.

*No substitutions. If you don’t need one of the above, I cannot substitute another surface in place of them (i.e., fence/porches/etc…). 

If your home has tricky finishes and only has one ideal palette, your consultation will include one palette/one rendering (should you choose this add-on). However, I always do my best to get as creative as possible!

While the shutters, doors, and trims aren’t changed, it gives you a good idea of what it can look like!

TO ENTER YOUR HOME FOR CONSIDERATION

1. Send an email to kylie@kylieminteriors.ca with the subject line ‘EXTERIOR SUBMISSION’

2. Include photos of your home…

• 3-4 full shots of the front of your home, taken from a few different angles.
• 3-4 full shots of the front of your home taken from a slightly closer distance, showing the main door area, any shutters, stonework, brick, etc…
• a few close-ups (6′ away) of any stone or brick that needs to be coordinated with
• a few photos of the side and back of the home

Aside from having time in my schedule, the quality of your photos and the needs of your home dictate whether I take them on or not.

Photos are ideally taken on an overcast day (when a home is in extreme shade or glaring sun, photos can be a bit sketchy). If you get a lot of sun (lucky bum), try to get to the front of your home when the light isn’t as intense.

3. Please don’t include any written info (other than any extra options – i.e., shutters/garage door/RENDERINGS); I won’t be reading any details. I’m just here for the PHOTOS! If your home is accepted, you’ll get to fill out a questionnaire to let me know all the good stuff. 

4. If your home is accepted, I’ll email you within THREE BUSINESS DAYS with info about your questionnaire and invoice. If you don’t hear from me, I apologize, but I cannot take your home on as a project, likely for various reasons. Check out my QUICK EXTERIOR CONSULT, which will at least get you on the right path!

Upon receiving your completed questionnaire and paid invoice, you’ll receive your personalized exterior consultations within 12 BUSINESS DAYS. Normally, it’s 10 days, but with the renderings, I often need a bit more time.
